The Workshop
The Coaching Skills for Leaders workshop is focused on enhancing coaching, communication, feedback, and change leadership skills with people at all levels.
These are skills used in everyday interactions with staff, colleagues, clients, donors, and any personal communication – using a coach-approach in the workplace. Participants will discover coaching as a powerful leadership and communication tool – and will walk away with skills they can apply immediately.
